Paul is a lifelong Detroiter whose path in hospitality began while studying fine arts and psychology at Wayne State University. He got his start as a host at The Whitney, where his natural talent and dedication quickly led to a managerial role and ignited a lasting passion for the industry. Over nearly 15 years, Paul has built a reputation for his deep expertise in restaurant operations, craft beverages, and elevated guest experiences, managing everything from intimate bistros to fine dining establishments. His philosophy centers on guiding guests through thoughtfully curated experiences while continuously refining operations, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste without compromising quality.
